A resident asked us to remind everybody that the speed limit in the neighborhood is 25 MPH. We see many people on our roads exceeding that by a considerable margin.
The number of smaller kids is increasing and many people like to take advantage of our beautiful setting to walk their dogs, ride their horses or go for a walk and sight distance is often limited. Plus you never know when that deer, coyote or skunk plans to cross the road.
