The PHCA is excited to officially launch the Good Neighbor program and committee. Our mission is to promote that residents be good neighbors and respect each other. The objective is to drive general awareness on neighborhood topics, support residents with concerns and respond to inquiries regarding property improvements. We are starting out as a small committee and welcome volunteers so we have a fair representation across Ponderosa Hills.
