Here is an update on the last CA supported water rights filing (covering more than 100 home owners). Participants in this filing will be notified if anything about this timeline changes.
- Original application: December 2008
- Amendment in January with some additions
- There were 2 objectors to the filing – The City of Parker, The City of Aurora
- The attorney is currently drafting a ruling to get the objectors out of the case.
- The objectors get 2 1/2 months to respond.
- Once the court enters a ruling – it then takes 20 additional days for the decree.
- Time line is around the end of July for the final decree and paperwork
