Communications

The Communications Committee maintains the www.ponderosahills.org website, produces the PHCA Newsletter, and puts out the roadside signs.

Our goals are:

  1. to enhance the sense of community among all Ponderosa Hills residents;
  2. to listen to everyone’s concerns and issues, and
  3. to provide information of interest to all residents.

Welcome Committee

This committee is developing a welcome package for realtors and new residents.

We are always looking for information and stories about our Good Neighbors. Give your neighbor a “Shout Out” if they have been a Good Neighbor.

Governmental Relations

PHCA monitors changes in laws and regulations which impact Ponderosa Hills.

Open/Trails Space

This committee monitors the open space parks and trails used by Ponderosa Hills for any regulatory changes and works with the county to protect our interests.

Social and Community Events

This committee does the planning and execution for community events like Food Trucks, Annual Dumpster and Donation Day, and the Mailbox Decorating Contest.

This committee works with local government agencies regarding traffic and safety issues (e.g., roads, signage, etc).
